Great beach club, great relaxed atmosphere - it appeals to all types of people. The food is amazing too and it's luckily planning on staying open all through the winter for food & drinks - Buddha Beach is a definite must-try.

Well and truly worthy of a 5 start rating - You will be impressed by any choice from Indian Chill's quality, varied, and reasonably priced menu. You'll only let yourself down if you don't try this intimate, trendy restaurant. Phone to make a reservation today - and make sure you enquire about the Chef's specials which will also blow you away.

Excellent cafe/bar! The decor has a loft-style coolness about it, and the staff are New York cool! I totally recommend the food from the varied menu which includes trendy pizza's, a gourmet burger, lamb kofta's, various salads etc. I'm not a vegetarian but I've eaten the pumpkin tower and it's delicious and healthy - give it a try.

El Jardin has now completed it's refurb, so it's business as usual folks! I have to say that it looks better than ever - the new illuminated bar actually changes colour! I am proud to say that El Jardin is my 'local'. See you in there.

Girasol is a firm favourite of mine. The food is great (very tasty - the rack of lamb is my favourite), the setting is lovely with great ambience (especially on the terrace in the summer), and the staff are brilliant. What more can you say!

Fab club - and it seems to be busy all year round! Friendly doorstaff, great music, beautiful venue & female gogo dancers who are distractingly gorgeous.
Pravda Restaurant

Went to Pravda on Saturday night for my friend Vicks's birthday - it was quality as usual.

To start, everyone else ordered the usual favourite - the World Plate starter; whereas I deviated and ordered the Sicily Beef Carpaccio with pine nuts & lemon which proved to be the envy of the whole table - it was delicious!

For the main course I ordered the 'Thailand' (every dish is named after a corner of the world)- which is a gorgeous thai chicken curry. Other dishes around the table included the Argentina (beef tenderloin), the Mexico (trimmed, glazed rack of lamb) and the Portugal (roasted Cod fillet).

As always all the food was impeccably presented & delicious; furthermore the staff were attentive, friendly and professional.

Finally, when we discreetly told the staff that it was Vicks's birthday they surprised her by bringing a chocolate desert with sorbet.
Nutri-Cleanse

Amazing - I've always wanted to have this kind of treatment because I've put my body through it's extremes with my excessive lifestyle!! Never quite known what to expect, but I went to Nutricleanse and the staff were amazingly calming, knowledgable etc and put you completely at ease....

For those of you 'in the know' Nutricleanse offer the revolutionary & discreet method of colonic [self insertion of tiny tube]; I spoke to my beauty therapist here in the UK about it this week and she couldnt believe it, she said that's amazing - only a few in the UK offer it.

As a first time goer- I would definitely recommend this as opposed to the traditional method (no more detail, enough said).

You are assessed individually, you may have to go on a short course, or be lucky enough to be a once a year treatment person.... Phone the clinic and book yourselves in ladies!!

I'd definitely rate this Women in Business networking group - Thanks to H from Nutricleanse for recommending the group to me.
Last week's Ocean Club lunch was great - see you at the next event in September.

Ladies please take up the offer of FREE [yes, I said FREE] advertising on YourMarbella.com

Tango Restaurante
reviewing
on 22-06-2007
Tango will always be great because it's whatever you make it - special or convenient. If you're looking for a soft, candle-lit cosy and relaxed (non poncey) atmosphere with a great Steak Menu, then this is a top choice. It's perfect for a couple,a few friends dining or even a large celebratory group - it'll still feel intimate whether you’re a twosome or a twenty-some!
Mistral Beach

on 22-06-2007
Lazy days spent relaxing and sunbathing, whilst drinking White Sangria on this excellent beach. It's great location-wise (just by the Gvadalpin Banus), plus great atmosphere, great sunbeds, and great food.
My favourite food choices include the gambas pil pil (prawns in garlic oil) and a range of skewered and bbq'd meats.

Mistral is a 'Must'!
Restaurante Alfredo
reviewing
on 22-06-2007
It woud be criminal not to visit 'Alfredo's' if you are anywhere in the vicinity of San Pedro (in between Puerto Banus and Estepona).
Although Gambas Pil Pil is an excellent dish in most places along the costa - you HAVE to have it in Alfredo's.. plus it serves a great range of very tasty traditional Spanish food (and no, I DON'T mean Tapas!)..
Point to note: phone ahead for opening times. Also, you MUST have a drink in the neighbouring Charlies Bar (before & after!!) - they are so accomodating.

In a nutshell, if you're looking for an early night, but want a quick drink and some good food on a low key level - then it's great...
Alternatively, drink at Charlies, book a table for a large party, then carry on by taxi down to the Port, then it's still gret.

And it'll probably ony cost you €20 - €30 per head max.
