About Me
I am one of the guys behind YourMarbella.com. Spending my time between UK and Marbella hoping that our website will make information and communication in Marbella better and more enjoyable than it ever was before.
Originally from Sheffield in the UK I have spent most of the past 5 years living in LA and Marbella. On visiting these places I was always disappointed by the level of honest information available on the internet about places to go and business to use etc. I always found that word of mouth was the best and most genuine form or recommendation, and wanted to create something that combined the honesty and accuracy of word of mouth recommendation with the awesome power and reach of the internet.
Myself, YourMarbella's co-founder Richard ( Marbella_Rich), and our development team have spent over 12 months developing our website which we now believe rewards the Marbella businesses for good service in a way they have never seen before, and also let's the real people of Marbella paint a picture of what the place is really like. Marbella has had some bad press in recent times, with TV programmes showing the place and people in a totally incorrect light, so here is our chance to show what a fantastic place Marbella is.
Since we launched in July 2007, it has been great to see the community grow and the site become what it is today. We promise not to stop developing the features on YourMarbella.com and to ensure that YourMarbella stays as the number one internet destination for anyone with an interest in Marbella!
Oh yeah, and when I am not on this site I will be spending the rest of my spare time in El Jardin, Ocean Club, Seven and Nikki Beach ! Welcome to my profile and enjoy using the site........ !
