Can anyone recommend an English Mechanic

    Hi All
Having a nightmare with my old Peugout 106. Can anyone recommend an English Mechanic or good honest garage where they speak English. I'm a bit blonde and don't want to be ripped off!!

    Hi Sue,

I used http://www.englishmobilemechanics.com/ last summer, they speak english and are in Marbella. They were really efficient. They werent cheap, but it was in peak summer season and they were really busy!!

If you dont want to be overcharged, steer clear of Marbella!  I can recommend two garages in Estepona Poligono.

    REDLINE CARS / 951 318 151

CAR CAR CENTRE / I dont have the number to hand, but can get it.

I would recommend Ian @ REDLINE anyway.  Very honest guy, specialist in Range Rovers but handles all make, been in business in spain for 15 years.  Also very reasonably priced.

I would steer clear of all English mechanics, as I was quoted €600 to €850 from 5 different English run garages for a job what was done for €380 at the main dealership in fuengirola

Re: Can anyone recommend an English Mechanic

hi, i know i may be a bit late but is there a shortage of quality mechanics over there, i am thinking of retiring early and moving to marbella, i have my own mobile engineering business and thought of starting up out there, what do you think, would you have used a company like mine? if i had been there when you need the work done?

I can also help over the internet with advice and approximating costs etc and time to do repairs, so a young bit of a blonde wont get ripped off by anyone, as that is something it hate to see happen!!

    regards
